Grahabalam 13th April 2011 - About Shad Chakras meaning p2

Hello everyone!

Today was the continuation of shad chakras and their meaning behind it.

Adishankara charya vari 100 slokas book named Soundarya Lahari. 1st 41 slokas are called Ananda Lahari and the rest are called Soundarya Lahari.

3) Anahatha chakram: In 38th sloka, it was abt the Anahatha chakram.

Bheejakshar:  YAM

Goddess:  Rakini

Names related to Anahatha chakram in Lalitha Sahasranam: From  485 th to 494 th has 10 names.

NOTE: (write down all the 10 names in this order)   OM YAM the goddess name last put NAMAH–( OM YAM GODDESS NAME NAMAH)

4) Swadishtana chakram: In 39th sloka, it was abt the Swadishtana chakram.

Bheejakshar:  VAM

Goddess:  Kakini

Names related to Swadishtana chakram in Lalitha Sahasranam: From 504th to 513 th has 10 names.

NOTE: (write down all the 10 names in this order)   OM VAM the goddess name last put NAMAH–( OM VAM GODDESS NAME NAMAH)

5) Manipuraka chakram: In 40th sloka, it was abt the Manipuraka chakram.

Bheejakshar:  RAM

Goddess:  Lakini

Names related to Manipuraka chakram in Lalitha Sahasranam: From 495th to 503 th has 9 names.

NOTE: (write down all the 9 names in this order)   OM RAM the goddess name last put NAMAH–( OM RAM GODDESS NAME NAMAH)

6) Mooladhara chakram: In 41st sloka, it was abt the Mooladhara chakram.

Bheejakshar:  LAM

Goddess:  Sakini

Names related to Mooladhara chakram in Lalitha Sahasranam: From 514th to 520 th has 7 names.

NOTE: (write down all the 7 names in this order)   OM LAM the goddess name last put NAMAH–( OM LAM GODDESS NAME NAMAH)

All names put  together would add uptp 53 names. Write down all the names in sequence. As per soundarya lahari's order it is Agya chakra,  Vishudhi chakra,  Anahata chakra, Swadishtana  chakra, Manipura chakra and Mooladhara Chakra and the respective bheejakshara's are OM  HAM YAM  VAM  RAM  LAM.

NOTE: So FIRST NAME would be OM  HAM YAM  VAM  RAM  LAM  NAMAH then comes all the rest 53 names. Total 54 names. Come from top to bottom 54 names and now go bottom to top 54 names(reverse).

Total names would be 108 names. Keep them ready.
